I've just read about this 'funny' new law. To be honest, it is so surrealistic that I cannot believe. Just do not know what to say, except this, that possibility of this kind of restriction proves that people can be incredibly stupid. Just like in Monty Python's sketch.

Maybe some words about relation between artist and his works:
I'm an artist; firstly, my works are effect of my creativity; mine own, not somebody's else. Secondly - I get profits from selling it because of their originality. ORIGINALITY - I decide, how many pieces of this picture should be avaliable. Thirdly - workin' as an artist means, that I put pieces of myself into them and I am bonded emotionally with my work. All that points are reason, why we should decide about our hands work.

If it's good to use somebody's art... I should be allowed to enter to somebody's house, use somebody's cooker, eat somebody's meals, use somebody's clothes, and read his books. Mine disposing somebody's own and disposing my works by others - it's equal. Isn't it?

As one of commentators said, this can be only exaggerated rumour. And possibly it is. But it doesn't change that, that our workspace is something a bit intimate.
I never talked about my relation to my 'work' (big word ), so I take an occasion to do this.
